Our winter season catered ski chalet holidays offer a fabulous home-from-home experience, where everything is taken care of so you can relax from the moment you leave home. Alpinium offers well appointed chalets in high altitude ski areas, with fully catered services and free airport transfers (conditions apply). Lift Passes
Order your lift passes through us and we will collect and deliver them to your chalet so you don’t have to queue up yourselves. You pay the same price as in resort and any available discounts will be applied. Order your lift passes with us at no extra cost - less stress when you arrive!
Equipment Rental delivered to the chalet
Alpinium are proud to have our own private ski equipment hire facility with British qualified ski-techs ensuring your skis and boots are delivered and fitted in the comfort of your chalet shortly after arrival or the following morning so you can relax and have another cup of tea instead of rushing out of the door and standing in a queue for your equipment. Book your equipment hire with us in Montchavin and La Rosiere - less stress when you arrive! In Reberty, we work with All4Snow who are located very close to the chalets. They will deliver your equipment in advance of your arrival. We will send you details on how to book your equipment with them.
Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements can be catered for when we are notified in advance during the booking process and are offered free of charge. Last minute notifications will be catered for as much as is practical (please note food ordering is completed 1 week prior to your arrival and thus last minute adaptations may be difficult).
Children
If you have children in your group, under 11’s will be served high tea (homemade children’s favourites at an earlier time of 6pm to allow parents to enjoy the evenings) unless you specify they eat with you (which will be the normal menu not the children’s menu). If any older children prefer to have high tea (homemade children’s favourites at an earlier time of 6pm), just let us know.
We supply high chairs, travel cots, kids plates and cutlery and stair gates on request. All our vehicles are fitted with child seats complying with strict French legislation.

Wifi
Whilst we do what we can to provide free wifi in all chalets, service is dependant on the number of users and proximity to the modems. Fibre optics hasn’t reached the Alps yet and bandwidths are under severe pressure. If you need to connect, there will be wifi in the communal areas (with the exception of any service disruptions outside of our control) and some bedrooms may benefit from wifi also however we cannot guarantee all bedrooms will have wifi.

Early arrivals by train or self-drive for an extra day's skiing can be accommodated, please ask for further details (conditions apply and an additional charge may be applicable). Airport Transfers: We offer our guests complimentary shared transfers between the airport or train station and your chalet. Conditions apply.
Our chalets are accessible from 16.00 on arrival day, however our hosts are on their break from 13.30 and until 17.30. If you arrive between those hours with our transfers, the driver will show you around the chalet briefly. Help yourselves to tea or coffee and the hosts will be looking forward to seeing you at 17.30 or at 18.45 latest for dinner if you choose to have a wander around town. If you arrive after 20.00, whether planned or you are delayed, our Chalet Hosts will not be available for a full dinner service as they finish work strictly at 21.30 latest. They will prepare and serve what they can however they will leave the remainder of the meal ready for you to reheat/eat. If you arrive after 21.30, your driver will show you to your rooms. The hosts will have left a wonderfully prepared meal for you, ready to reheat and they will see you at breakfast the following morning from 08.00.
